I received my order and it is damaged/defective/not what I ordered. What can be done?
It’s disappointing when a purchase doesn’t meet our expectations! Luckily, we are happy to offer an exchange for your item if there is a misprint, defect, or if your order arrived damaged. To begin the exchange process, please email us at email@example.com within 15 days of the order delivery. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and photos of the issue.
I haven't received my order within the expected delivery time-frame. What will happen if my package is lost?
We understand that sometimes packages can go missing while in-transit! We always suggest contacting the postal carrier to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on tracking and possible delays. I accidentally used the wrong shipping address/I ordered the wrong item! Can I make changes before my order is shipped?
Mix-ups happen! Since we receive and process orders quickly, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors with your order. We will try our best to make the necessary changes before your order ships. I received my order but it doesn't fit or I've changed my mind. Can I send the item back for a refund or exchange it for another size?
Due to the nature of our production process, we cannot offer to exchange or refund an item that was ordered in error or that you no longer want. We always suggest double (or triple!) checking our apparel sizing/measurement charts to ensure an accurate fit before submitting your order.
